Our History

Founded in 2007, Ethics By Design has developed ethics resources and training for creating codes of conduct, harassment prevention, and responsible corporate decision making for different types of companies, including a Big 4 Accounting Firm, online education firms, and law firms.
​Working with other experts, we have designed programs for municipal ethics and police ethics as well.

Mike Palmer is the founder and lead consultant of Ethics By Design and also President of Win Before Trial. Mike’s consulting practice has included work for Fortune 500 companies, Big 4 accounting and consulting firms, medical care facilities, and government agencies.
