The product of over eight months of development and thirty years of research and study, Managing Corporate Integrity is our flagship course for business leaders seeking to improve and solidify ethical cultures in their organizations. In 24 lessons grouped in seven modules, the course covers business ethics basics (including the science of business ethics), the business case for business ethics, the principal ethics policies, how to write a corporate manifesto and a code of conduct, the role of Sarbanes-Oxley and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines in creating effective ethics programs, an introduction to the science of measuring goodness, and a guide to managing the ethics policy project. Participants may earn up to 48 hours of CPE credit toward a SHR, SPHR, and GPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. The modular structure enables self-paced study with repeat viewing and reading of the course materials. Everyone who has heard about this course, responds with some version of “Great! We need that.” We hope you agree.
