Assured Compliance™ is our starship program for organizations seeking to meet both state and federal training, policy, and procedure requirements relating to the ethical conduct of business. Designed in modular form, Assured Compliance™ includes:
- A choice of onsite or web-based employee training on workplace harassment, discrimination, and wage & hour liability;
- Advice on the development of a code of conduct suitable for the size and maturity level of each business, using our Guide to Developing a Strategic Code of Conduct;
- Selection and implementation of an ethics hotline;
- Help in setting up a monitoring, coaching, and measuring system;
- Help in setting up an enforcement system; and
- Help in putting an organizational ombuds office in place.
Workplace Harassment Policy Development and Training
Our workplace harassment & discrimination training programs (manager and employee editions) are modeled on the highest standards and best practices mandated by the California, Maine, and Connecticut workplace harassment training laws.
In addition to the substantive training, the executive, senior manager, and team leader edition contains a full explanation of the legal requirements, a summary of the key court cases, and a model workplace harassment & discrimination policy.
The all-employee edition includes illustrative cases and scenarios, a summary of the do’s and don’ts, a list of protected classes, and questions to stimulate further thought and discussion.
Both the manager and all-employee editions are interactive, providing thoughtful questions and an opportunity to ask the facilitator questions. Like all our online programs, both provide discussion forums for dialogue among participants as well as additional resources.

Special Compliance Needs
Companies engaged in international trade or contracting with the federal government must meet the ethics requirements of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
We provide online courses on both laws.
Our course on the Ethics Mandates of the Federal Acquisition Regulation is based on Michael Palmer’s book, Complying With the Ethics Mandates of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, a copy of which is included with the course.
In addition, we make a course available on the Sarbanes-Oxley Legislation’s requirements for an effective ethics program.
