No Means No: Anti-Harassment Training
Our anti-harassment training provides the proof you need that every employee--from the CEO to the janitor--has completed an effective anti-harassment training program.
In our 1-hour program, non-managment employees learn:
- The two types of illegal workplace harassment
- How and why harassment violates your organization's policy as well as the law
- Their responsibility to object to and report harassment
- What to do if they are a target of harassment
The 1-hour training course consists of 2 video presentations, summaries, quizzes, and a discussion forum moderated by a lawyer with 25 years of experience. Participants who complete both segments receive an electronic certificate of completion that they can print and frame. Organizations have documented proof of completion for each employee.
After successfully completing the 2-hour program, executives, managers, and supervisors understand:
- The two types of illegal workplace harassment
- The human, financial, and organizational costs of harassment, bullying, and abuse
- The federal and state law governing workplace harassment
- What to do if they become a target of harassment, and
- Their responsibilities to help prevent and report harassment when it happens to others.
The video presentations contain illustrations of different kinds of harassment--including sex, age, ethnic, and religious discrimination.
The 2-hour training course provides an overview of workplace harassment and the main prevention strategies organization for executives, managers, and supervisors. This companion course to the non-management employee training consists of 4 video presentations, summaries, quizzes, supplemental documents, and links to important websites. Participants who watch all 4 videos and complete the quizzes at the end of each segment receive an electronic certificate of completion that they can print and frame. Organizations have documented proof of completion for each employee.
No Means No satisfies the training requirements of California (AB 1825), Maine, and Connecticut as well as other state and court-developed standards.
