Mike Palmer Gives Talk on Good Judgment
Earlier this year, Mike Palmer joined Laura Kaster of Princeton, New Jersey to speak on good judgment in litigation settings to lawyers, judges, and dispute
resolution professionals at the American Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Conference in Denver. The talk focused on the subconscious biases that distort our judgment and recommended tools and techniques for avoiding these problems in important decisions.
